As busy people, we often ignore food we eat. Since we are busy, we don’t have time to prepare for healthy food. The people still think that preparing for healthy food is time consuming yet difficult and complicated. Actually, preparing healthy food is very easy. For our snack while we are working or studying, we can make fruit salad. Fruits contain rich vitamins and they taste so delicious.

Due to our busy schedule, we usually eat snack without nutrition. Chocolate cookies, potato chips, and else are some of our favorite snacks. During our busy time, we eat those snacks and as the result our weight would increase. Fruit salad is healthy snack for us. We can make fruit salad easily because there are so many fruit salad recipes that available. Usually, fruit salad contains of pieces of fresh fruits like watermelon, papaya, melon, strawberry, kiwi, and many others.  You can choose your favorite fruits as the salad and then add it with sauce as dressing. Fruit salad is also good for you who are on diet. With very low fat, almost none, and many vitamins, you could be healthier and look more beautiful.
