When we talk about health, I believe there is no end. We as the people who live in modern era must concern about our health. Our busy schedule with so many activities we should do every day needs our strength and energy. We have not time to be sick. Unfortunately, there are many people that do not really care about their health. They ignore their health and not less of them stress of their job.

When the people are stress, they tend to smoking and drinking alcohol. That is mean there are many people out there apply bad life style. Not only that, the people also don’t care about their food and they eat everything with no nutrition contain. Life style can be the reason why the people ignore their health but other than that is because they cannot cook healthy food for their meal.

The people are clueless about healthy recipes to make. They were like confuse on how to cook meal to be healthy yet tasty. Actually, the internet provides many recipes including chicken vegetable recipes. Many people still think that healthy foods always taste bad. That is not true. By using the recipes they found from internet, the people can eat healthy tasty food.

Many of us ignore our food we eat every day. Our busy routine makes us don’t have enough time to prepare for healthy food. Actually, healthy food does not always mean difficult to make. In fact, healthy food is easier to make since we can just steam it, boil it, or eat it raw. Seeds, fruit, and vegetables are all healthy foods. They contain much nutrition which very useful for our body. By eating more of those, we could be healthier and away from any diseases.

Women are supposed to be able to cook. Single women can learn cooking since they were young. Once they can cook, it would be easier for them to prepare for family meals. More important thing is that they can try various recipes especially healthy recipes. To cook healthy food is very easy, we just need to add more vegetables and don’t cook it too long. If vegetables are being overcooked, the nutrition will be lost.
