Ladies are very concern about their weight. To be able to maintain their weight, they are willing to starve for hours. I’m not denying that weight is very important for women, but there are cleverer ways to maintain their weight. Maintaining weight does not always mean to stop eating. In fact, they should eat with the same portion and on time. Of course there are foods that they should avoid, but it does not mean they cannot eat anything.
What makes weight increase is actually wrong eating habit. Eat too much or eat snacks are the causes of increasing weight. Usually, we feel hungry at 3 to 5 o’clock. By that time, many people eat again or else they eat snack. The people most favorite snacks are cookies and potato chips. Of course they taste delicious, but they contain much carbohydrate, fat, and sugar.
Therefore when the people eat those kinds of snack between their lunch and dinner, they tend to gain more weight. To drive out hunger, they can choose to make fresh fruit salad which is healthy yet tasty. Fruit salad is very easy to make and it is very useful for the body. I can guarantee that eating fruit salad will not make anyone fat.

In our spare time, we usually go to the movie or doing our hobbies. The other thing we usually do is to rent some movies and watch it at home with our best friends. While we gathering and hang out with our friends, we would like to eat snack. Usually, we choose cookies, potato chips, and coke as our snacks. Do you know that those snacks are not healthy for us?
Besides containing much fat, sugar, and calorie, those snacks have no nutrition contained. We would better choose the other snack except those. An idea of snack while we hang out with our friends is make fruit salad. Make fruit salad is so easy. We don’t even need a stove to make it. Just need several kinds of fruits, cut them into bite size, and dress them with yogurt.
Fruit salad can be our snack for hang out or whenever we feeling like eating. It is healthy so we don’t need to worry about our weight. For ladies who care a lot about their weight, fruit salad is the solution of a healthy snack. Contains many vitamins and fibers, fruit salad can help the ladies to avoid constipation, soften their skin, and also makes their hair more shiny.
