For new clients in my weight-loss program I typically recommend starting with 2 servings of fruits per day along with 3 servings of vegetables per day. This provides a ratio of fiber/nutrients/calories that works as a perfect mixture to ignite a fat-burning effect within your metabolism that lasts as long as you stick to it…do it longer and you’ll lose more weight.
